Role Description
This is a contract to full-time role for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing business strategies, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Excellent market research and analysis skills
- Proficiency in developing business strategies and preparing proposals
- Automated sales pipelines and workflows in n8n (or similar tools)
- Skilled in contract negotiation and closing deals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the technology or digital transformation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred
- Understanding of B2B software, Open Source software, and the developer product space is preferred
